Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Trainicx, you agree to these terms of service.

What Trainicx Provides

Access to sports coaching programs through partner facilities.

Connection with certified trainers and dieticians.

Access to the Athlete Support Program, subject to selection.

Sports gear store, launching soon.

Athlete Responsibilities

Attend booked sessions or notify in advance if unable to attend.

Treat coaches, facility staff, and other athletes with respect.

Provide accurate information during signup.

Payments

Membership fees are charged monthly.

Refund policy: contact us within 7 days of payment for refund consideration.

Full payment terms will be updated when Razorpay integration is live.

Facility Partners

By submitting a partnership enquiry, you consent to being contacted by the Trainicx team.

Partnership terms are agreed separately via a formal agreement.

Trainer and Dietician Accounts

Accounts are created by Trainicx admin only.

Credentials must not be shared.

Trainicx reserves the right to deactivate accounts for misconduct.

Safety & Liability

Trainicx works with certified coaches and partner facilities to keep training sessions safe. That said, sport involves physical activity, and some risk of injury is a natural part of it.

• Our coaches are trained to provide basic first aid where available, and will always prioritise athlete safety during sessions.
• Athletes and parents should inform coaches of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before starting a program.
• While we carefully select our partner facilities, Trainicx does not directly control day-to-day conditions at third-party venues.
• By joining a Trainicx program, athletes and guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of sports participation.

If a serious injury occurs during a session, please inform us immediately so we can support you and review the circumstances with the facility and coach involved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
